Qsep Ultra
Qsep Ultra is an integrated PCR and capillary electrophoresis system that combines amplification and fragment analysis in one platform. It streamlines molecular testing into a simple two-step workflow, reducing gel preparation, hands-on operation, and toxic reagent contact. It supports PCR product screening, RFLP, CRISPR QC, cfDNA, RNA, and plasmid analysis.
What makes it different
Two steps, one instrument
PCR amplification and capillary electrophoresis run sequentially on the same platform — no tube transfer, no gel setup.
No toxic contact
Eliminates ethidium bromide and gel staining entirely — safer for the operator and compliant with laboratory safety requirements.
Automated result calling
Q-Analyzer sizes peaks and calls genotypes automatically — report exports in PDF, Word, or Excel.
Wi-Fi & cable connected
Connects to your LIMS over Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet — results push directly without manual export.
